Order and delivery terms
The product of the Santa's Wardrobe oneline store www.santaswardrobe.fi are sold by Annia, subsdiary Santa's Wardrobe business ID 2552201-6, Kiekerötie 15, 96440 Rovaniemi. The store sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age.
Santa's Wardrobe reserves the right to change, cancel and update the terms and conditions of the website without separate notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions that were in force when the order was placed. The terms and conditions are updated regular to reflect the current Finnish legislation. Santa's Wardrobe does not guarantee the availabiityof the products in the online store in all situations and reverses the right to cancel the transaction if the product cannot be delivered.
Ordering and payments:
Products are ordered from the online store, by phone or by email. When ordering from the online store, the customer agrees to the delivery terms then ordering. Customer service checks the order and sends customer an order confirmation, estimated delivery time and payment information for the products by email with pre-invoice. We recommend checking the order confirmationas soon as it arrives; if the order confirmation does not match the order, please connect our customer service immediatly. A binding agreement between the parties is concluded when Santa's Wardrobe has sent the customer an order confirmation and a pre-invoice to the email addres providedby the customer. The products are only sent/delivered when the pre-invoide payment is reflected in the seller's account. Santa's Wardrobe treats the customer information requestedin connection with the order with confidence and the information is only used to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise in its, unless otherwise stated.

Product prices:
Prices are shown inconnection with the production. Santa's Wardrobe reserves the right to reserve prices and reserves the right to cancel/resind the transaction in cases of pricing errors. In a pricing error, the price of the product deviates significantly and clearly from the correct price of the products that the customer is also considered to know that the price information is incorrect.

Shipping metods and costs:
The products are delivered as package, or picked up directly from Atelier for free of charge. Delivery time according to agreement. The products are manufactured to order. We will inform you of the estimeted delivery time in the order confirmation.

Products are manufactured to order and the delivery time is agreed upon when placing the order. We will provide the estimeted delivery time in the order confirmation.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeureor indirect losses causedby delays.
Return conditions:
Right of withdrawl and problem situations:
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receving the product. To cancel, it is sufficient to send a written message to customer service about the cancellation. There is no right to cancellation for custom made orders, the right of return only applies to stock-quality products. The right cancellation does not apply to corporate customer.
The payment will be refunded without delay, no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The pyment will be refunded free of charge, but the customer is responsiblefor the costs associated with the return, such as postage.
An undelivered package is not consiered a cancellation, for which we will charge handling fees.
Disagreements
If the difference in the sales contract cannot be negotiated betweenthe partien in a dispute, the consumer can take thematter to the Consumer Disputes Board, Ultimately , the Lapland District Courtwill solve the differences between the parties.
