The regster is used for maintaining the customer register, processing orders and archiving.

The customer register contains the followng information: 

• Person's first and last name/ company name and business ID
• e-mail address
• postal address
• telephone number
• information about ordered products, proccessed orders and their changes
• other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services

Customer register data sources

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer themselves, for examble through messages sent via personal online forms, by telephone, social media services and customer meetings.

The information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Principles of regster protection

This register is operated by a registrar. The electronic system is passsword-protected and protected by virus protection software. 

Right to inspect and right to request correction of information

All individuals and companies int the customer register have the right to check their own information in the register . If the information is incorrect, they have the right to demand that the information be corrected or deleted. A request to check the register must be made in writing to the register administrator. The customer must prove their identity if nesessary. The register administrator will generally respond to request for inspection/correction within one month 

Other rights related to the prosessing of personal data

All individuals and companies int the customer register have the right fo be forgotten i.e to request the deletion of customerdata concering them and the right to restric the prosessing of personal data in the register. In these situations, requests are sent in writing to the controller, if necessary being able to prove their identity an/or their right to manage their data in the customer register. Written request are geerally responded to within month.
